Check-In / Check-Out Policy

Check-In Time: 4 PM – 8 PM

  • If you are arriving later than your chosen check in time, please call us before 4 PM on the day of check-in to give an updated arrival time. Failure to arrive by 12am without prior notice will result in automatic cancellation of reservation with no refund. A government ID is required to check in. Failure to produce a valid ID will result in automatic cancellation with no refund.

  • The option to check-in early (1:00pm at the earliest) is based on availability and subject to a $50.00 fee.

Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

  • Check out is at 11:00am. The option to check-out late (1:00pm at the latest) is based on availability and subject to a $50.00 fee.

 

Property and Cancellation Policy:

We are a small lodge. Due to this, cancellations are detrimental to our business. We understand that cancellations are unfortunate, but we must adhere to the terms below to keep our doors open. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 

  • A credit card is required on file to secure a reservation

  • Travelers who cancel 1 week or more before 4 PM EST on the day of check-in are charged no fee.
    Travelers who cancel less than 1 week before 4 PM EST on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 100% of the booking amount.

  • No changes can be made to the stay within 7 calendar days of the date of arrival.

  • All changes and requests are subject to availability.

  • No refunds are given for early check-out.

  • Our cancellation policy will be upheld, we do not issue refunds due to inclement weather or any type of emergency.

 

Room Occupancy and Rollaway Beds:

  • Each of our rooms are double occupancy rooms. There will be a $50.00 charge for each additional person in a room per night.

  • The maximum number of people permitted in a room with a King bed is 3 people. This includes children.

  • The maximum number of people permitted in a room with 2 full beds is 2 adults and 2 kids.

  • The cost of a rollaway bed is $30.00 per night. Rollaway beds are only permitted in specific rooms due to fire code regulations. If you require a rollaway bed, please request it in your reservation to ensure we have a room available which will permit a rollaway bed.

 

ADA Room:

We have  ADA approved room on the property. 

 

Housekeeping:

If you are staying for more than 3 nights, we offer turndown service upon request. One- and Two-night stays do not receive housekeeping services unless you inform us of any urgent matters such as messes, spills, etc. 

 

Wi-Fi & High-Speed Internet:

Complimentary Wi-Fi and high-speed internet is included in your stay.
 

Parking:

One free parking spot is included per room. Please do not park in the driveway, on the grass, or anywhere other than the designated parking spots. The Lodge is not responsible for damage to, or theft of property left in vehicles. Please keep valuables with you.
 

Breakfast: 

A continental breakfast is included in your stay and served every morning from 7am-10am. There is no restaurant on site however there are numerous wonderful restaurants in the local area and our guest service agent can advise on options based on preferences.

 

Special Requests:

While we cannot guarantee special room and stay requests, we take note of them, and do our best to accommodate.

 

Pets:

The Lodge does not allow pets of any kind. Evidence of pets will result in a $350 cleaning fee. ADA Service leashed animals are welcome. Please inform us if you will be traveling with a service animal, and please respect your fellow travelers by cleaning up after the animal. Any property damages incurred by your service animal will be charged to your card on file or billed to you after checking out.

 

Outside Alcohol: 

Outside alcohol is permitted. If you would like to bring your own alcohol, please note that it is not allowed in the common areas after 10pm due to quiet hours. Open alcohol will need to remain in your rooms.

 

Special Occasions:

Celebrating something special and want flowers or wine set up in your room upon arrival? Contact our front desk and we will ensure to have everything set up for you upon arrival. Extra fees will be apply.
 

Smoking & Vaping:

We are a smoke free and vape free property. This includes e-cigs and vaping products. If you would like to smoke, please go off property or to a designated smoking area. Smoking and vaping is not permitted on any of the balconies, backyard, and the firepits. Additionally, we do not allow candles or burning of any kind in the room or in common areas. Evidence of smoking, e-smoking or burning of candles/incense will result in a $350 cleaning fee.
 

Firepits:

Please do not put anything into the firepits. This includes but is not limited to pinecones, pine needles, leaves or Christmas trees- sticks, cardboard, plastics, or dryer lint- Wet wood, painted or treated lumber- Any type of paper with colored print, plywood, particle board, or chipboard- Fire accelerants or fire starters.
 

Trails:

Our property features 10 acres of private wooded hiking trails up to the ridge face. Closed-toed shoes, bug spray, and flashlights are strongly advised. Although our trails are groomed, please be advised that things like poison ivy and bugs exist in nature, so be sure to dress accordingly and stay on the trail. By entering these trails, you assume all risk and liability for you and your guests including children and pets. Please exercise responsible judgment in helping to keep our trails litter free and safe.
